Truth or Dare Drinking Game

Truth or Dare is a popular drinking game that is easy to do and doesn’t require anything special. This makes it a great game to play if you’re at a bar, during a pub crawl, or don’t have other games available.

To play, the first person to go selects someone else and asks them “Truth or Dare?” The person being asked must choose which one they prefer. If they choose Truth, they must truthfully answer any question. If they answer Dare, they must do whatever is asked of them.

Of course, if they don’t want to either tell the truth or do the dare, they have to take a drink.

Truth or Dare Rules

• The first player to go will select someone else in the group and ask them “Truth or Dare?”
• The person being asked must choose to either tell the truth or do a dare.
• The player asking will then make up a question that they have to answer, if they selected Truth. If they selected Dare, they would come up with an action that the person would have to do.
  • Truth – This should be a question that can be about anything. The person being asked needs to answer as truthfully as possible, so you can get creative with some funny questions. For example, you might ask “What color are your underpants right now?”
  • Dare – This should be an action for the person to do. You can get as crazy as you want, but always stay safe and try not to ruin your friendships! For example, you could tell them to get a phone number from someone at the other end of the bar.
• If the player being asked does not want to tell the truth or do the dare, they would have to drink.
• Play then moves to the next person, who selects the next person to be asked the question.
• The less people you have, the faster you’ll get tipsy with this game! One alternative is to chug a full drink if they decide to not play either a truth or dare.
• It’s always a good idea to set some boundaries for this game before you get started. While it’s fun to get outside the box a little bit, it’s not worth ruining friendships or risking your safety. Always be safe when playing this game, especially the dares.
